This Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast recipe is a great way to enjoy a protein-packed meal that's both flavorful and healthy. The combination of tender chicken, fresh spinach, and creamy feta cheese makes for a delightful dinner option.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, and minced garlic.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  4. Cut a slit into the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket.
  5. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture.
  6. Use toothpicks to secure the opening.
  7. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  8. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  10. Remove toothpicks before serving.
